JC International is an Indian export company engaged in the sourcing, quality control, packaging, documentation, and export of various products including agricultural commodities, food products, and other goods. Our services include:

• Product sourcing and procurement from verified Indian suppliers
• Quality inspection and assurance
• Export documentation and customs clearance support
• Logistics coordination (sea freight, air freight)
• Trade facilitation under various Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, FCA, FAS)

3. Inquiries & Quotations

• All product inquiries submitted through our website, email, or WhatsApp are treated as preliminary requests and do not constitute a binding order.
• Quotations provided by JC International are valid for the period specified in the quotation. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and availability.
• A Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued upon agreement of terms. The order is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as per agreed payment terms.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in USD (US Dollars) or as mutually agreed.
• Payment terms are negotiable based on order size and client profile. Common terms include:
  • 100% Advance Payment
  • 20% Advance + 80% Letter of Credit (LC)
  • 40% Advance + 60% Document Against Payment (DP)
  • 50% Advance + 50% Before Shipment Loading
• Bank charges for international wire transfers shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments must be made to the official bank account of JC International as mentioned in the Proforma Invoice.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• An order is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and signed Proforma Invoice.
• Cancellation of a confirmed order may attract cancellation charges, including any costs already incurred for sourcing, packaging, or logistics arrangements.
• JC International reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within the agreed timeline.

6. Quality Assurance

• All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. Pre-shipment inspection reports and certificates can be provided upon request.
• Quality standards are as per the product specifications agreed upon in the Proforma Invoice or purchase contract.
• Any claims regarding product quality must be raised within 7 days of receiving the goods at the destination port, accompanied by photographic evidence and third-party inspection reports.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipment timelines are estimated and may vary depending on port congestion, customs processing, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.
• JC International will provide tracking details and shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc.) as applicable.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer as per the Incoterm agreed upon in the trade contract.
• JC International is not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, port strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the JC International website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of JC International.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• The JC International logo and brand name are trademarks of JC International.

9. Limitation of Liability

• JC International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
• Our total liability in connection with any trade transaction shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
• Product images on the website are for representation purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or any trade transaction shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation and mediation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
